I had the Crater Lake plate on my 2004 A4 and also got it on the S5 since it was such a close match. That and I dislike the Oregon tree plate.

Indeed. Though, when I chose the license plate, I hadn't watched Series 5 of Doctor Who and didn't see the blue, new paradigm Daleks until the DVDs came out. I LOL'd when I saw it and appreciated the combo even more :)
